Beautifully decorated family-friendly hotel with nice hot breakfasts. Good and excellent food. Location close enough to short walk to street with food, Noboribetsu Bear Park and Jigokudani Hell Valley, and shopping street and restaurants. Near Sengen Park and other tourist attractions.

The onsen experience was truly relaxing, with multiple types of baths, especially the gorgeous outdoor bath surrounded by trees. The buffet had a great variety, although the breakfast was just average. Overall, I would consider returning again, even if the dining can be improved slightly.

Ope, stayed for two nights in a cozy Japanese room, and that onsen was heavenly, don'tcha know? The buffet had all sorts of goodies, but I really loved the desserts! Staff was friendly even if they struggled with English. The location's perfect for Hell Valley and some cute little shops nearby. Wouldn't mind a little more variety at breakfast, though.

Couples seeking relaxation
One of the standout moments was the buffet dinner. The spread was not just large but delicious, especially the seafood, it reminded me of a feast worthy of royalty! And the onsen? Man, it was rejuvenating. I had a dip at 6am, feeling almost reborn after soaking in those minerals.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I wouldn't say it was a total rip-off either.

The onsen experience was a highlight, with various types of baths and an outdoor onsen that embraced nature beautifully. The buffet dinner was excellent, particularly the steak cooked to order, and breakfast offered a good array of options.
The lobby feels a bit dated.

I was almost pleased with my stay until i found out the japanese-style room smelled of cigarette ash, utterly charming. The receptionist couldn't bother to mention the bufet that cost way too much, too. It would have been lovely to have a complimentary breakfast after paying 37,000 yen. Just couldn't give a good review after all this.

Huge onsen, variety buffet
The air conditioning in the tatami room barely worked, just circulating warm air. Several facilities, like the bar and spa, were mysteriously closed, and the indoor onsen felt a bit outdated.
